6月18日，市妇联党组成员、副主席于梅一行前往北辰区就“津姐家政进社区”工作开展深入调研。北辰区委副书记闫峰参加调研。

调研中，于梅实地走访了心泽园社区家政服务站、天津爱馨瑞景园养老公寓家政服务点位和位于区妇女创业就业中心的“辰兴·津姐家政进社区”服务中心。在服务中心，于梅一行深入了解区妇联依托创业就业平台孵化家政企业、开展技能培训及直播带岗的具体做法。

座谈会上，北辰区妇联、双环邨街道和家政企业代表分别就家政进社区情况作了介绍。于梅充分肯定了北辰区妇联创新构建的“3+N”家政服务体系所发挥的作用。她指出，各级妇联组织要继续秉持以人民为中心的理念，因地制宜，联动各方资源，推动实现家政服务与社区功能的深度融合和供需对接的“双向奔赴”，真正实现就业一个人，幸福两个家。
